After Maxime Leforestier last year, it’s Olivia Ruiz’s turn to take the stage of the Confluence in Libourne. On the banks of the Garonne, the singer will ignite the Gironde quays for a free concert on Friday June 21, 2024. A great way to kick off the festivities and celebrate music with family and friends.

Music for everyone
As summer looms, the Confluence in Libourne promises to be the summer event that will shake up the Gironde. If the interpreter of “La femme chocolat” will take over the stage of this festival, music will indeed be at the party for two days. Indeed, Saturday evening will be devoted to electro sounds with Toums, Bomel, Let’s go et Breakbot & Irfane.
The Confluence as a family
In Libourne, music will be in the spotlight on June 21 and 22. While waiting for the musical evenings, activities for the family are also on the program. It is the Libourne association La Grande Ourse who takes care of everything.
- 2 p.m.-6 p.m.: creative workshop “Partir en Livre”, whose 2024 theme is “Sport and games”, with the Red Panda and the illustrator Fanny Monin (3 years and over)
- 2 p.m.-6 p.m.: Petite Ourse district continuously: games, books, coloring, musical instruments available
- 4 p.m.-6 p.m.: presence of Madame Saperlipopette, storyteller for 0-4 year olds, for continuous entertainment on the themes of music and travel.
- 3 p.m.-5 p.m.: creative workshop around musical instruments with Violaine, volunteer and plastic arts teacher (5 years and over) – 5 p.m.-6 p.m.: yoga session, from 4 years old, for the whole family
An escape game on a boat
Among the activities, the Confluence in Libourne enlivens the quays with an escape game on the cruise ship moored at the pontoon. For this great game, set sail in June 1756. A big party is organized at the Port of Libourne. Many barrels are unloaded from the boats to delight the inhabitants. Unfortunately some barrels were poisoned! Nicolas Verne, inspector on site, asks you for help to find the boat where the barrels came from. Through different logic, reflection or observation puzzles, come with family or friends aboard our boat to solve this mystery.
