The underpass connecting the west of Place Saint-François to Rue du Petit-Chêne has been open again since Monday.
In a press release, the Municipality indicates that the passage is “brighter thanks to painting the ceiling in a light shade” and that it “also benefits from a renewed tiled floor and new light installations”. A handrail was added to the stairs.
The renovation began on July 29 and was to be completed “at the end of October”, the Municipality announced at the time.
