The village of Tartas woke up this Wednesday, November 13, to the roar of police flashing lights. It was around 5:30 a.m. when a car, Audi type, registered in Lot-et-Garonne, arriving at excessive speed, left the road, Place du Luc, to end its course against the wall of a building .

From Irun
