Those who were unable to go to the Olympics clearance sale, organized at the Espace Mayenne in (Mayenne) on Sunday October 6, 2024, will have a second chance to treat themselves to a souvenir of the sporting event.

This Tuesday, November 12, the unsold items, which were given by 2024 to the Department, were offered to Emmaüs 53. “This represents 3,000 items, or a third of what was put on sale on October 6, explains the president of the Department Olivier Richefou. For a market value of €50,000. »

“An exceptional gift”

All these items – shoes, pants, t-shirts, jackets, goodies in the colors of the Paris 2024 Games – will be on sale Saturday November 23 and Sunday November 24, 2024 during the big Emmaüs sale in Laval. “We hope that it will attract customers, underlines Jacques Beauvallet. The prices will be even more interesting than at the Olympics clearance sale. »

Part of the unsold items from the clearance sale will also be put on sale at the Emmaüs store in Villiers-Charlemagne, “our historic site”, recalls Jacques Beauvallet.
