The anonymous letter signed “Les Révoltés du Chiva”, sows discord in this hospital

This is a letter directly aimed at the Intercommunal Hospital Center of the Vallées de l'Ariège (Chiva). Sent to the Regional Health Agency (ARS) but also to several departments of the establishment itself, this letter is signed by the “Revoltés du Chiva”. On the latter, the author reports an immense situation of uneasiness among hospital workers.

Transcribed by the newspaper The Dispatchthe letter denounces, among other things, a “perverse policy, destructive of meaning and source of deep suffering […] : depression, burn-out, sick leave, taking medication, and of course many departures. […] Fear has become their daily lot. »

The Hospital hopes that justice will reveal the identity of the “Chiva Rebels”

Questioned by our colleagues, Bernard Malbert, representative of Force Ouvrière, assures that this is an “accusatory and defamatory” letter and that “the people named in this anonymous letter do not deserve to be smeared like that. » According to the testimony of a unionist, this message would result more from a desire to settle internal scores, than from the real report of bad management within the hospital.

If several executives are clearly named, one of them is particularly targeted. For The DispatchMarie Dunyach, general director of Chiva, recognized the emergence of certain tensions between executives and agents following a recent organizational change. But that the main accused in the letter was in no way concerned by this. After the filing of two complaints for slanderous denunciation, the hospital management hopes that light can be shed on the identity of the crow.
