The Villeneuve company Delfaut attacked the trees on the Georges-Leygues avenues, attracting the curiosity of passers-by.
All the action is underway this Tuesday on the Allée Georges-Leygues construction site. Two-way traffic on the two new runways is due to reopen this Thursday, November 14. Enedis technicians were busy installing street lamps on the new central reservation, which should also welcome a little greenery by this Wednesday. No more flower boxes, make way for trees for the new look of the main boulevard of the bastide. They will not have traveled far, since it was the plants on the northern side alley that were uprooted this Tuesday.

After morning pruning, the Villeneuve-based company Delfaut attacked the strains of lagerstroemias, “Indian lilacs”. The work is meticulous, you don't have to pull out all the roots. There is no question of creating “stress” for these trees that have been installed on their site for years. Six “copies” will therefore be transferred to the center of the aisles, three will be kept in reserve in case the move and its relocation do not go as planned.
