Novassu offers the skills of a large group and the responsiveness of an SME. Located in Haut Jura for more than 60 years, the company has extensive experience in the design and manufacture of complex parts in injected plastic materials for the high-end cosmetics sector.
Located on 4,500 m2 of modern buildings (doubled in 2015) with an ongoing extension of an additional 3,000 m2 to accommodate the future fully automatic assembly lines from January, more storage and 50 employees, the majority of whom are assigned to technology and supply chain.
Great technology
The company has great technology and production means: with an injection press fleet, from 35 to 400 tonnes of closing force, hybrid hydraulic and electric, all robotic and several specific finishing machines, poly-articulated robots, mounting and assembly machines, screen printing, pad printing and ultrasonic welding lines.

Hyléance: becoming an operator in injection transformation
The Hyléance group, Millet Forestier site located in Lavans-lès-Saint-Claude, specializes in injection. The company generates more than 60 jobs, spread over different workshops, the injection of technical parts and/or intended for packaging, assembly and overmolding, the mechanical workshop equipped with an Ultra Son bath, the control laboratory equipped with machines for dimensional and three-dimensional measurements and the finishing workshop bringing together hot stamping, pad printing, screen printing and US welding technologies.
Six operator positions are to be filled and one team leader position.
