The Federal Court has just rejected the appeal of Sablière du Cannelet. This company, which has been recycling construction site waste in the commune of Avusy illegally for decades (because it is located in an agricultural zone), must therefore definitively stop its activities.
The Maury company opposed the timetable for dismantling its activities, set by the State. This must now stop the reception of new waste. Recent arbitrations have set the deadline for the return of land to agriculture as December 31, 2026.
