“I love you” tour: Lara Fabian generous and divine in Quebec

With the presence of a star that shines brightly and an angelic voice, Lara Fabian seemed to come straight from heaven to perform her greatest classics to the crowd at the Grand Théâtre on Monday evening.

Dressed in a magnificent glittering suit and accompanied by a handful of choristers and musicians, without artifice, except for a few well-orchestrated light shows, Belgian-Québécois Lara Fabian drew from the four corners of her repertoire to offer a divine service to his admirers. They also gave him a standing ovation from I still believe inthe second song of the evening.

We therefore let you imagine the wave of love which swept over for I love youtitle song of this tour.

Tears, smiles, or both at the same time

The great 54-year-old singer held the crowd in the palm of her hand all evening and took them on a spectacular journey with her vocal prowess.

With gentle walks like The difference And If you love meas much as with Not without you, she tugged at the heartstrings of her followers, who attempted to sing along with her while wiping away tears that streamed down their faces. This was even more true during I’m sicka masterpiece on which the favorite pushed her powerful voice to the maximum, thus earning herself a rose from the audience, in addition to yet another standing ovation.

Lara Fabian doesn’t just excel in the art of walking. His sense of celebration is just as developed. His faithful were therefore able to put away their handkerchiefs and jump up to clap their hands while singing to the sound of I Will Love Again And Seize the daynotably.

A great success

Despite some technical glitches with what seemed to be her headset, Lara Fabian was able to take advantage of each of the titles she started on. Through her voice, which went from raw power to embodied delicacy, as well as her palpable love of the stage, characterized by her magnificent smile, she knew how to move her audience as well as entertain them.

There is no doubt; Quebec loves you, Lara.

Lara Fabian will return to the stage of the Grand Théâtre on June 18. Her Je t’aime tour will then head to France, where she will return to action in October.

We will also be able to see Lara Fabian on TVA this winter, as godmother at Star Académie, as well as at the helm of her own show, over the next year, when she will receive, in her Sicilian villa, five well-known Quebec artists that she will help to improve.
