A new act of youth violence. A 15-year-old minor was violently attacked this Sunday in Boulogne-Billancourt, in Hauts-de-Seine, CNEWS learned from a police source. According to his statements, the teenager fell into an ambush after chatting on Snapchat with a fake young woman. Once at the Porte de Saint-Cloud station, the victim was taken by force by two individuals to the town of Pont de Sèvre.
Surrounded by several people, the minor is then put in a room before being undressed and assaulted. On the spot, the teenager was punched and his hair was cut. The attackers even forced the victim to drink urine and allegedly tried to rape her with a stick, according to initial reports. According to the police source, the scene, of rare violence, was filmed.
Ambushes organized on social networks
But then, what is the origin of this aggression? In fact, the suspects targeted the minor in order to ask him for reimbursement for a cell phone stolen a few days previously from a young person in the home where he also lives. The teenager received death threats and the attackers told him to work for local drug dealers to repay 4,000 euros.
During the attack, the 15-year-old minor had his own phone and shoes stolen before being released. Transferred to hospital, the victim suffered several fractures, including his nose and a broken tooth, as well as cuts. Still according to the first elements of the investigation, the two individuals who set the ambush are 17 years old.
This is not the first time that young people have fallen into ambushes after interacting on social networks. Last April, Philippe, 22, was killed by two teenagers aged 13 and 14. The two individuals had arranged to meet him by posing as a young girl they had met on coco.fr. Faced with this, should we restrict access to social networks for minors?
