Earlier in the evening, the AGM was opened by Nicolas Lacroix, president of the Department Council, announcing continued support for the development of Haut Marne football: “stadiums and gymnasiums are in a bad state. With its football penetration rate in the territory of 4.7% (the highest of the Grand-Est districts), the Haute-Marne District wishes to continue its development in the service of its clubs and together build the football of tomorrow.

This GA also made it possible to validate the forecast budget. This was the case at 87%. An annual budget which amounts to €390,000, an increase of 8%, proof of the increase in activity and service to the club such as the “civic service” system whose renewal has been announced.

In terms of regulations, proposals have been adopted. First, the advancement of the curtain-raising schedule (1 p.m. instead of 1:15 p.m.) and the operation of match reversals in the case of back and forth. Finally, the clubs have decided on the kick-off time for their U7-U9 and U11 criteriums next season: it will be 10 a.m. Small adjustments which seemed necessary and which had been brought up during the last sector meetings.
