One thing is certain: wedding processions which contravene the charter of “good conduct” signed by the newlyweds will henceforth be monitored like milk on fire in the Imperial City.

“If, in the future, a future newlywed couple shows up in a state of total disorder, late and accompanied by a disruptive procession, it is entirely possible that my deputy, responsible for celebrating the marriage, decides to postpone it until all participants adopt respectful behavior,” warns Philippe Marini.
