Legislative elections 2024: six candidates are running in Lozère to run for a deputy seat in Paris

The deadline for submitting candidacies for the next legislative elections was set for Sunday June 16, 2024 at 6 p.m. Six candidates submitted their applications.

According to our information, there are six Lozerian candidates who will present themselves in the next legislative elections, the voting of which will take place on Sundays June 30 and July 7, 2024. Pierre Morel-à-l’Huissier, outgoing deputy, is running under the Miscellaneous label right with Audrey Malaval, mayor of Pourcharesses as replacement. Sophie Pantel, current president of the Department, will leave under the colors of the New Popular Front, replaced by Serge Gayssot, local secretary of the Communist Party.

In all, six candidates

Luc-Étienne Gousseau will represent the National Rally (RN), in a duo with Damien Crueyze. Michel Guiral is running under the Résistons label, the party of Jean Lasalle, with Jean-Claude Toiron. Added to these names are Annie Souchon, from Lutte Ouvrière, with her deputy Thierry Fronty. Regulars at the polls, the duo had already presented themselves in 2022. Finally, the last candidate in the running, Dja Zidoun and her substitute Vanessa Usson.

Applications will be made official by the prefecture during the day of Monday June 17.
