The City of Mamoudzou is organizing, for the second consecutive year, the “Green November” operation. A month dedicated to urban cleanliness. Last year, 33 tonnes of waste and 24 tonnes of bulky waste and scrap metal were collected. This year, 10,000 plants will be distributed to residents to “beautify” their daily lives.

This morning the town of Mamoudzou, in association with CADEMA, organized a plant distribution in Hauts-Vallons. Two plants per inhabitant to green their home or garden. Around ten distribution points are planned across Mayotte over 3 weekends.
