Marco Mouly was sentenced in 2017 to eight years of imprisonment as well as one million euros in damages in the so-called «carbon tax»vast VAT fraud.
Marco Mouly, figure of the giant fraud at the «carbon tax »back in detention since March following the partial revocation of a 2019 conviction, was released on November 2, AFP learned Friday from a judicial source. The 59-year-old man was released from detention last Saturday, “following a decision by the sentencing chamber dated October 29”specified this same source, confirming information from the Parisian.
Mardoché Mouly, known as Marco Mouly, was sentenced in 2019 to three years in prison, accompanied in particular by the obligation to prove employment or training. Fine of more than 283 million euros

The Paris criminal court will deliver its judgment on Tuesday.

He was also ordered jointly with the other co-defendants to pay a fine of more than 283 million euros to the French state.
