Departmental delegate of Eric Zemmour’s party, Fabrice Coffinet confirms this Tuesday, June 11 that Reconquest! will present a candidate in each constituency, as in 2022.
Two days after a European election which earned the list led by Marion Maréchal to gather 5.68% of the votes at the Aude level, the Aude departmental delegate of Reconquête! confirmed that the party founded by Eric Zemmour would indeed be part of the legislative elections. And, as in 2022, in each of the three Aude constituencies. Two years after having collected respectively 4.77%, 4.58% and 4.69% on the 1D (Carcassonne-Lézignan), 2e (Narbonne) and 3e circos (Carcassonne-Castelnaudary-Limoux), Reconquest! will be in the running to confirm the progression – at least in percentage – recorded during the Europeans: “To say that we are very satisfied would be excessive, but we are not unhappy, summarized this Tuesday, June 11, the delegate Fabrice Coffinet. There is real satisfaction at the premises: we are ahead of Les Républicains, even if it’s worth what it’s worth… (8,907 votes in Aude on June 9 against 6,673, Editor’s note).”

A result that Reconquest! therefore hopes to decline on a legislative scale, “by passing the 5% mark, at least”.
