An elevator often in breakdowncracks in the apartments or even mold problems: they can't take it anymore.

THE tenants of 1, avenue du , in Deuil-la-Barre (Val-d'Oise), report several malfunctions in their residence.

And this, since the inauguration of the buildingput into service in October 2022.

Already from the start, there were design delays. We feel that the building was built too quickly.

When they arrived two years ago, the tenants felt that their installation was not going to go as planned. Several breakdowns“sloppy” finishes and others problems are observed from the first months.

Recently, residents have faced a dysfunction water drains.

“This is the second time in two years that we have observed this incident throughout the apartment, with between 5 and 10 cm ofeau everywhere. There was a smell sewer throughout the building. THE firefighters had to intervene,” declared a mother, disgusted when recalling this event.

“As soon as it rains, the parking lot floods and theelevator no longer works, sometimes for two weeks. There are puddles of water in the common areas,” laments another tenant.

And added: “A mother must carry her child disabledfor fear of having a problem.”

“We don’t feel at all in security », Explains a resident.

The tenant group therefore criticizes the presence of cracks and moldas well as the lack of replacement of several cracked windows in certain accommodations.

“Nothing has ever been done, we are being made to feel like a fool,” says a mother.

According to the tenantsthere is still no heating to October 28.

“Cleaning is not done at the same frequency as indicated on the posters in the hall,” says a tenant.

Following all these dysfunctions, the residents want “a compensation charges.”

Concerning the elevator, breakdowns receive the full attention of our teams, because we know this penalizes the daily life of our tenants. There was indeed recently (October 15) water damage which caused flooding at the bottom of the elevator pit; which led to its shutdown, the service provider was then immediately warned. Water damage which “has been declared to the building damage insurance. At this point we are waiting for the conclusions final assessment and we are monitoring the situation carefully.”

And added: “Regarding the cracks, they are linked to leaks of water after heavy rain. The cause is now located. We are aware of the embarrassed that this can cause for tenants, and we deal with these leaks as they arise. »

Logirep assures, on the subject of securitydo “everything possible to make them feel good in their residence”.

The lessor also certifies that “the heating has been put into operation. The weather having been quite mild at the start ofwinterthe sensors in place did not detect temperatures low enough to trigger heating.
