This premises was a clothing store or even an electronic cigarette shop. But since this Saturday, November 2, 2024, change of atmosphere! 57 avenue de Besançon, in downtown Dole, is now The Factorya place exhibition-sale of local creations.
On site, visitors can find various products made in Burgundy-Franche-Comté such as cosmeticsceramics, accessories (bags, jewelry), candles, wooden objectstextiles or even linocut.
A first store in Arbois
The association The Factory was created in 2018 with the aim of promote local crafts and their professionalization. Today chaired by Jacques Briot, it brings together 14 creators of the territory.

Permanent and temporary creators
The Dole establishment welcomes the creations of seven so-called “permanent” craftsmenand of six so-called “guests”. He explains: “It’s a rotation. Guests exhibit their creations until April, and it will run every four months . »
The shop is run by the craftsmen themselves, on a permanent basis. To become a member of the association or exhibit your creations, two criteria are required: make local craftset make it your main activity.

Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Hours may extend into December.
