– Each job seeker or candidate will receive a new Travail identifier, unique and definitive.

A new procedure will soon be mandatory to access your France Travail space. Since November 4, the government agency, formerly Pôle emploi, has gradually replaced the current identifier with a 11-digit identification numberwhich will be unique and definitive. This change aims to strengthen the security of users' personal data and facilitate online procedures, as explained on the site Thanks for the info.

Each job seeker or candidate will receive a new, unique and definitive identifier, which will allow them to access all online services and mobile applications of France Travail. He will therefore keep this number, which cannot be changed, upon re-registration or a move. In addition to connecting to your personal space on the France Travail website, these 11 numbers will be used in particular to identify you when calling 39 49; to access mobile applications and the Job Store; to update you; personalize your search for offers; personalize your skills profiles or use the computers and e-terminals made available in France Travail agencies.
