The application for the Hautes-terres d'Oc was selected to constitute one of the 12 national stages of the Renov tour. In the absence of the president of the territorial center Jean-Marie Fabre excused, it was Brigitte Pailhé-Fernandez who, after 2 days of activities for the deployed agents, closed the Brassagaise stage: “The Hautes terres d'Oc are a public structure within which the pooling of estimated resources Thanks to it, the three communities of municipalities participate in territorial development and support project leaders. This is particularly the case on the housing aspect with aid. Obtaining public subsidies for energy renovation, home maintenance, autonomy, the creation of rental properties or the fight against substandard housing. During the previous operation which lasted 5 years, there were 600 households, or more than 1. 300 people who were supported, generating 7 million euros in economic benefits, more than 74% of which went to local artisans. The France Renov chalets installed in Brassac made it possible to discover an exhibition on how to properly renovate your home, to meet project managers and economic partners such as professionals, agencies and financiers who answered visitors' questions. This South Tarn operation, the only stage in Occitania, is just one way of highlighting the interest of the renovation. But, thanks to the territorial pact and the contractualization between the State and the communities on the housing aspect, the Hautes Terres d'Oc become a one-stop shop for housing. Moreover, it is all year round that Alexandra, Marjorie, Isabelle and Guillaume can answer administrative, technical, legal, energy, fiscal or social questions in the field of housing and renovation. Just go see them at the Highlands headquarters, opposite the Brassac temple. Other projects are underway such as the fight against vacant housing, the transformation of secondary residences into main residences or inclusion in the “energy territories” project. In the presence of representatives of the Department, the Region, the Communities of Municipalities and the town hall of Brassac, Brigitte Pailhé-Fernandez concluded by thanking the municipality for its welcome, all the stakeholders and expressed her pride in having been the the most rural stage of the France Rénov operation!
