The gardens of Guadeloupe la 1ère will host for the 2nd consecutive year, the Rencontres de l'Audiovisuel de la Guadeloupe, on the theme: Artificial Intelligence (AI): what impact on the Cultural and Creative Industries (ICC)?

An unmissable event for the Guadeloupean audiovisual sector, these meetings are also a privileged space for information and orientation, dedicated to professions and training in the audiovisual sector as well as in the cultural and creative industries.

Organized at the initiative of the Campus des Métiers et des Qualifications (CMQ) de l’Audiovisuel et du Cinéma de Guadeloupe – Campus LUMINANS, this event constitutes a fantastic opportunity for high school students, students, apprentices and job seekers.

They will be able to exchange with professionals in the sector in Guadeloupe, but also discover training organizations present in the Antilles, in mainland , and internationally, just before the opening of the Parcoursup platform in December 2024.

This year, 4 conference spaces will be offered in partnership with Howard University, the CMQ of Cultural and Creative Industries of the PACA region, Fémis and the INA Campus with numerous activities to live in total immersion the experience of the professions of the audiovisual:

The highlight of the event:

• Un Master Talk with a renowned Franco-Canadian speaker who collaborated with OPEN AI-ChatGpt for the first film made entirely with Artificial Intelligence (AI) Chat Gpt. The theme is: AI – What opportunities for the economy, education and culture?

• A round table with an AI expert, co-founder of a film school (Animated film and video games) and President of the international federation of animated films and AI of . Note the participation of Emmanuel Tourpe, Media and Audience Director of France Télévisions – Pôle Outre Mer.

For this 2nd edition, the antennas of Guadeloupe la 1ère will once again relocate some of their daily broadcasts on the occasion of the Rencontres de l'Audiovisuel de la Guadeloupe.

Visitors will be offered the opportunity to attend the technical set-up of Radio & broadcasts, outdoor filming, their broadcast and production live. In order to be in direct contact with the public present, Guadeloupe la 1ère will have a dedicated stand.

Many of them are waiting for you for a moment of exchange around professions with the station's employees (director, scriptwriter, editor, journalist, etc.). A visit to the radio & TV OB vans will also be offered.
