Senegal to return to victory against Mauritania

Senegal faces Mauritania this Sunday, June 9 in Nouakchott, at the Cheikha Ould Boïdiya stadium (4:00 p.m. GMT), for the 4th day of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. A match full of challenges for the “Lions”.

After losing two points against DR Congo, Senegal has the obligation to redeem itself against Mauritania and this requires a victory. Kalidou Koulibaly’s gang has no room for error and must win to gain confidence.
