Floods: 43 communes of Haute-Loire recognized as being in a state of natural disaster

The state of natural disaster is officially recognized for nearly 400 municipalities after flooding in ten departments in mid-October, mainly over the period from October 16 to 20. The decree was published this Tuesday in the Official Journal.
