What will the National Union of Architecture and Project Management (Synamome) talk about at its next congress? The professional organization representing building project managers is organizing its annual event on November 7 and 8, 2024 in Lorient (Morbihan).
The union, which has 370 members, plans for this eleventh edition to place the subjects of virtuous construction and renewable energies, including biogas, at the center of discussions. Batiactu takes stock with its president, Stéphane Le Gall, ahead of this professional meeting.
Batiactu: What are the key topics that will be addressed during your annual conference?
Stéphane Le Gall: We expect 360 participants in Lorient. We will talk about virtuous construction, a vast debate that interests everyone. We notably involve industrialists but also the president of the Lorient conurbation to learn more about how the region deals with this subject.
The union is committed to deploying a program in 2025, that of reaching the thresholds of the 2020 environmental regulations (RE2020) of 2028 from 2025. With our design offices, two national partner firms, we will carry out simulations to understand how to comply with regulations. The 2028 carbon index, which is complex to achieve, will be studied.
