Montier beats Chartreux 3-1
Montier-en-Der. For their last home match, the teammates of captain Hugo Sonrel did honor to the colors of the USM by logically beating the Chartreux team, until then undefeated.
The Dervois start the game on the floor and quickly open the scoring, through Louis François, on a pass from Louis Lafarge (1-0). The domination continues with a quartet, Louis Lafarge, Louis François, Elias Humbert and Lilian Dewez, omnipresent. Louis François, free from any marking, scored a double on an overflow from Lilian Dewez (2-0).
The game is rhythmic and the locals worsen the score, by Elias Humbert, ideally served by Flavien Aubertin, following a great collective action initiated by Maxime Hemery (3-0). The defense, made up of Stivio Todisoa, Teddy Sadin, Hugo Sonrel and Lucien Isableu, remains intractable against the fast attackers
in the woods.
Returning from the locker room, although numerically inferior, the Trojans appeared more dangerous. Kyllian Godard is on parade with a first strike. The locals reacted, through Louis Lafarge, forcing the Aube goalkeeper to make a reflex stop. The visitors reduce the score at the end of the game (3-1).
See you on Saturday June 8, against Saint-Méziéry, to close the season.

ASPTT Chaumont beats Ornel 3-1
Chancenay. Muhammed Tosun’s protégés, for their last home match, got off to a bad start by being surprised, in the 12th minute, with a long shot (0-1). They reacted quickly by equalizing through Achille Hermann, who followed Enzo Charoy’s strike well
(1-1, 14′). Ornel has the opportunities to take the advantage, in vain. And the Chaumontais showed themselves clinically by scoring, in the 41′ (1-2).
In the second half, Ornel came close to equalizing, but scuttled by conceding a penalty, after a handball in the area (1-3). A third Chaumont goal destroyed the last local hopes.

Chaumont FC and Saint-Dizier/Montier/Ornel 2-2

Chaumont. Friday May 31 in the evening, for the Haut-Marne derby, the Chaumontaises hosted the Entente Saint-Dizier/Montier/Ornel, at the Georges-Dodin stadium. In front of well-stocked stands, the Chaumontaises let themselves be surprised from the start, by Bogdana Federenko, on the right side, who saw his cross-shot end in the back of the net (0-1, 1′). On a visitor’s corner, Léna Bigot sees her header hit the post of the CFC goalkeeper (5′). The Chaumontaises, after a few minutes of hesitation, woke up and Lorane Garçon saw her attempt stopped by the goalkeeper (11′). Solène Magnier hits a corner, the ball returns to Ella Petrignet who equalizes (1-1, 25′). Zoé Flamérion feeds to Clémence Mega, in the area, who shoots from the left and gives the CFC the advantage, with the help of the post (2-1, 27′). Méline Horiot lobbed Alyna Campion Aït Braham from a free kick (2-2, 32′). Solène Magnier’s cross on the right side was poorly repelled by the defense: Lorane Garçon recovered but her shot hit the inside of the post (42′). There is a nice tap from Charlotte Charvet, on a free kick from Marina Grandjean (66′), then a Chaumontese foul in the area, but Léna Bigot takes the penalty over (71′). Two new saves from Charlotte Charvet, on a free kick from Marina Grandjean (76′), then on a shot from Ellie Berva, well served by Clémence Mega (78′), are worth noting. A final shot from Ellie Berva was once again blocked (80′). The two teams separate on this score of parity, despite the domination of the CFC which retains fourth place in the ranking.

Groupement Sud Haut-marnais beats Saint-Martin-la-Veuve 8-2

Saints-Geosmes. The young people of the Group were impatiently awaiting this match. A victory mathematically ensured first place in this R2 group. The match started with a bang and the opportunities all went to the benefit of Blanchot’s protégés. The attempts at the start of the match were quickly converted: twice by Amin (2-0), then by Antonin Blanchot (3-0). The “5-0” is consolidated by Aaladine, then by Rikson. The score of 7-0 at the break allows the coach to give playing time to the players, often substitutes. This initiative disturbs the local team a little, which no longer plays its football from the first period. Only Rickson finds the net (8-0). And as is often the case, when the stakes have disappeared, the game loses its interest and the visitors save the honor (8-1). Then, at the end of the game, they added a second goal, despite numerous local attempts and constant domination (8-2). A victory which suggests a rise to R1, a first. Before that, it will be necessary to display the same determination, Saturday June 8, in Nogent-sur-Seine, even if the result will not influence the ranking.
