More than 70% of the work given to the construction world comes from communities. If we no longer have a budget, we will not be able to maintain this level of commitment while the construction industry has been in crisis for several years.

What is the president of the Department asking for? “Give back more autonomy to Departments and be able to increase the DMTO by one point.” According to him, this would be the only way to maintain investments in Seine-et-Marne, which this year will be of the order of 300 million euros.

While waiting to be heard by the State, the Department has decided to postpone the vote on its budget initially planned for December to March 2025.
