Objectives • Assist in human resources management • Actively contribute to the optimization of the restaurant's HR and administrative processes • Work directly with the founder of Atica to support him on several HR and Admin missions Responsibilities • Staff: participate in management personnel files, including the creation and monitoring of contracts, the organization of medical examinations, and the updating of employee data • Recruitment and integration: assist in recruitment processes by publishing offers, pre-selecting applications and by facilitating the integration of new employees • Training and development: contribute to training planning, ensure registration management, and participate in the monitoring of mandatory and professional training • Payroll and absence management: help with the preparation of elements payroll (monitoring hours, leave, absences), and participate in the verification of pay slips in collaboration with the external payroll service • Support for HR projects: participate in HR process improvement projects (employee well-being, performance evaluation, loyalty), and ensure the application of the company's HR policies and internal regulations • General administration: Manage administrative tasks in support of the team's needs, such as document management and internal communication The profile we are looking for • Prior experience in human resources or administrative management, ideally in the collective agreement Hotels Cafés Restaurants • Rigor and sense of organization with great attention to detail • Mandatory mastery of IT tools: Excel, Word and Skello • Good command of Silae or Payfit payroll tools is a bonus • Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment What we offer • Permanent contract of 35 hours/week • Position based in Paris, in the 5th arrondissement • Daily meal at the restaurant • Alan health and welfare insurance • A superb company culture
