A revegetation operation

Among the 2,170 trees planted in the municipality in 2023/2024, 367 were offered to residents last March. “Private gardens constitute an under-exploited land reserve suitable for planting trees in the city,” notes Odette Mendès, deputy mayor in charge of the Environment.

“More than ever, the presence of trees in the city is essential. A pillar in the fight against the effects of climate change, it is also a refuge for biodiversity… while contributing to the creation of islands of freshness,” recalls the mayor (UDI) Aude Lagarde.
