Want to become a yellow elf? As the 2024 end-of-year holidays approach, La Poste services in France and Isère are organizing a huge recruitment drive.
In Isère and Grenoble, nearly 180 positions are to be filled. Here are the details of the offers as well as the experience required.
185 fixed-term positions
To strengthen the department's teams, La Poste is looking for 185 profiles to cope with the peak of activity in the last weeks of the year. “The daily volume of parcels to be delivered can reach up to 3 million parcels per day, compared to 1.5 million in normal times,” specifies La Poste.
Jobs offered in Isère:
- 135 reinforcements to be recruited for postman and delivery operator positions
- 50 jobs for the parcel sorting platform in La Buissière
The postman positions will be distributed throughout the territory.
Note that across France, the La Poste group is preparing to hire 3,000 people by the end of 2024.
Driving license required for postmen
The profiles sought are people with a sense of service, rigorous, punctual, autonomous, with a team spirit and good interpersonal skills. For postmen, License B is required.
