On Wednesday October 30, two young men were sentenced, according to the appearance procedure on prior admission of guilt (CRPC), for a series of burglaries in Mauriac. They were attacked at the home of one of them on Thursday October 31 in the morning.
Two individuals knocked on the door of the apartment, then forced their way inside and assaulted the two young adults. One of the two was injured in a fall, which cost him 10 days of ITT.
The two victims then decided to file a complaint with the Mauriac gendarmes. And one of the alleged perpetrators of the violence, who would be recognizable by his voice, was quickly identified. Knowing he was wanted, he presented himself to the police in the afternoon. His accomplice was then arrested. The two alleged attackers, minors aged 16, admitted the facts while in police custody.
