Friday October 25, Vendée was present for the themed snack traditionally organized by the Pradines Leisure Club. The 72 members present, in partnership with the Arc-en-Ciel club in Douelle, met at the Flottes rural home to enjoy a typical meal starting with a hearty aperitif: muscadet limé préfou, roast mogettes stuffed poitevin, surprise dessert (eclair scented with angelica), all in a very neat and original high-end decor created by Janine, who was admired by all the participants. A great success to which Françoise, Henriette, Marie – Andrée, Christiane, Jean – Luc, Michel and the president of the association, François Lage, are always looking for little-known regional dishes to delight the taste buds.
The club's next outing is scheduled for Sunday, November 24 for the end-of-year meal, at a site kept secret by the office.
People who wish to join the club can join this dynamic troop at any time, for walks on Tuesday afternoons or games to share on Thursday afternoons.
