Saint-Michel-de-Bannières. The France Services bus closer to residents

Tuesday October 15, the services bus from Cauvaldor sat on the village square of Saint-Michel-de-Bannières all morning. A great success for this event, which allowed around twenty people to benefit from support in their administrative procedures.

The town hall had requested the arrival of this itinerant service in order to meet the needs of residents, particularly in connection with the recent implementation of the new addressing. Citizens were thus able to obtain valuable help with their address changes, in addition to receiving information on the services offered by France Services.

Also present was the CPTS (territorial professional health community), represented by Sylvie Simon, to present the Icope program, dedicated to health prevention and maintaining the autonomy of seniors. This program, designed by the World Health Organization, is aimed at people aged 60 and over, focuses on preventing age-related risks, raising awareness of the importance of maintaining good health and optimal autonomy.

The participants, delighted with this morning, were able to discover in a concrete way the actions put in place to make their daily lives easier, both administratively and health-wise. The very positive outcome of this first meeting suggests the possibility of a new meeting to come, in order to allow a greater number of people to benefit from these services.

The France Services teams from Cauvaldor and the CPTS were able to make this event accessible and useful for our fellow citizens, and which perfectly respond to the challenges of proximity and local solidarity. In summary, a morning rich in exchanges and support which, obviously, met the expectations of the residents.
