Second success in a row for the Alliance de la Dronne.

Last week’s rain got the better of four of the seven matches scheduled in D1 this weekend, for the 5th day. Among the three matches played, the good operation was for Limeuil, winner 4-1 Saturday evening at home, against Faux. Trailing after twenty minutes, FCL made the decision in the second half, including two goals in added time. Enough to allow the yellow and black, still undefeated, to temporarily take the lead in the ranking.

For the Alliance de la Dronne, the 9-1 suffered at Thenon on October 5 seems forgotten. After his victory against Château-l’Éveque (4-2), the promoted team has just had another success, this time on the pitch of PMG (1-3). Already author of a hat-trick the previous week, Dorian Rambaud scored again, like Maxime Desplat, author of a double.

Finally, another promoted player gave himself some breathing space: Stella who won 2-1 against the Prigonrieux reserve. Trailing 2-0 at half-time, PFC B missed a penalty before reducing the score with an own goal at the end of the match. A third consecutive defeat for the Prigontins, while their match at Bergerac La Catte, stopped on October 13 at 1-1, will be replayed behind closed doors on neutral ground, by decision of the district.

The Limuillois overthrew Faux in the second half.
