A young man lost his life this Saturday, October 19, 2024, in a road accident in Riom (Puy-de-Dôme)
A dramatic road accident occurred on Saturday October 19, at the end of the day in Riom (Puy-de-Dôme). A 27-year-old young man, riding a motorcycle, and a 52-year-old female driver collided around 5 p.m. at the intersection of rue du Torpilleur-Sirocco and avenue du Stade.
Despite the intervention of firefighters and Smur, the young man, living in the area of the accident, died instantly. The driver was only slightly injured but was taken to hospital in shock.
