Forum on the active offer of health services in French in the Greater Toronto Area

Monday, June 3, Entité 3, Ontario Health and six partners invite the Francophone community of Greater Toronto to participate in a forum on the active offer of health services in French in the region.

Moderated by Florence Ngenzebuhoro, this forum will allow participants – community members, health care providers, policy makers, organization leaders – to interact with bilingual providers committed to serving Francophones.

The activity is aimed at everyone who wants to “receive useful information about the services available and how to access them”.

The forum will take place on June 3 at Women’s College Hospital. Click on the image to register.

Direct dialogue

This event also aims to strengthen collaboration and create direct dialogue between bilingual care providers and the French-speaking community, while encouraging better collaboration between the actors involved in the planning and delivery of these services in order to facilitate the implementation work of “active offer”.

Florence Ngenzebuhoro will host the forum.

The partners of Entité 3 and Ontario Health here are the Center francophone du Grand Toronto (CFGT), the Centers d’Accueil Héritage (CAH), Women’s College Hospital, the Credit Valley Family Health Team, the Center Rexdale Community Health Center and The Access Point.
