Meeting. The organization of the French championships in men’s doubles and women’s head-to-head matches, scheduled for August 30 and 31, 2025, at the Parc de la Victoire, was the subject of a recent meeting at the town hall between, ‘on the one hand a delegation from the Aveyron committee composed of president Marc Nogaret, deputy vice-president Gilles Enjalbert, vice-president Véronique Bories, general treasurer Jean-Louis Costes and the delegate of the Millau sector Marie- Christine Salvat and on the other hand, around fifteen representatives of the local municipality led by Jean-Pierre Mas, deputy mayor in charge of sports. Technical details and distribution of charges fueled these 3.5 hours of discussions.

Creissels. D-7 for the Paul-Granier 2024-2025 challenge, the details of which have just been revealed by the Pétanque de Creissels. It will continue to be open only to doubles made up of Aveyron or Lozère licensees, to be based on 4 stages (October 26, November 23, January 4 and 26) each qualifying 8 teams (except the 4th, six) for the final. In this case, on Saturday February 22 and with €3,200 in prizes, including a total of €700 in the competition and €400 in competition B. Faced with the difficulty of managing ten dates, the Creissellois club will not renew the trophy in mixed doubles.

Creissels up. Although separated from Aurélie Bories (see our October 3 edition), Camille Agrinier and Sophie Fournié will remain at the Pétanque de Creissels. Under whose colors, the double champions of Aveyron and eighth finalists, this year, in the French championship will team up with a partner whose identity should be revealed soon.

Examples. Two of the main bowling alleys in the department have just had a makeover, those of Creissels and Saint-Affrique. Rieupeyroux. Another club which has a brand new tool is the Joyeuse boule rieupeyrousaine with the Manuel-Barbosa bowling alley inaugurated in September. Ruben Vayssette’s. Winner of the benjamins-minimes ranking of the Educnautes 2024 challenge, fourth in the national youth circuit 2024 minimal categories, the Primaubois continues to accumulate honors. In addition to the Pépites trophy from this Tuesday, October 22 to Thursday, October 24 in St-Pierre-lès-Elfeuf (Seine-Maritime), he will also participate in the Educnautes grand final, on November 9 and 10, in Lacaune (where he will be accompanied by his club partners the junior Inès Viala and the junior Jaurys Ploncard) and at the final of the national youth circuit, on December 22 in Bans, in the Jura.
