Tomorrow, the Colibri market will welcome the Attac 58 association, whose president, Sabine Enders, has entrusted us with the main missions: “Attac fights for justice, social and environmental justice. The most spectacular demonstrations concern tax justice. Dressed in red, wearing top hats, we alerted the population by wandering through the towns of Moulins-Engilbert in 2022, Clamecy in 2023, disseminating information on the fight against tax evasion. This tax evasion overshadows the important role of tax in our society.”
“All this money”, specifies Marianna Desforges, spokesperson for the association, “would have made it possible, for example, to prevent communities from being reduced to selling their property to private people to meet their budget”.
The poster campaign in favor of local commerce, denouncing Amazon, was a great success. Finally, Attac Nièvre participates in local struggles concerning human rights.
The Colibri market, which welcomes organic and/or local producers, will be held, like every third Sunday of the month, on the church square in Rouy, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
