“After 3 years, I cover my fixed costs. After 5 years, I have a cruising speed of 25,000 additional bottles per year. At the end of 2020, with 200,000 bottles, the maximum capacity was reached and we moved to Meyrin for a space of 300,000 bottles. At the start of 2024, the cellar is already full and we are working on a waiting list. As soon as a place becomes available, it is replaced immediately.”
