Valence: Chez Rémi, a new gourmet and hybrid address

Avenue Victor Hugo has a new hybrid table, at Rémi restaurant, which offers two atmospheres every day. Encounter.

Long occupied by the gourmet restaurant Un apron pour deux, 164 avenue Victor-Hugo in Valence is enjoying a new life! Monday May 6, chef Rémi Ortolo welcomed his very first customers to his eponymous restaurant. With the help of his partner Éva Brodka, l’Ardéchois offers traditional French cuisine composed of fresh organic and local products. At lunchtime, the menu changes every two days. You will enjoy a blanquette, a veal stir-fry or a chicken supreme with Saint-Marcelin sauce. As for dessert, a host of sweets with brownies, crème caramel and even oriental pastries.

Change of atmosphere in the evening

A cuisine to be enjoyed in a soft setting with a chic country style. But on Thursday and Friday evenings, the establishment changes atmosphere from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., transforming itself into a real tapas bar! The opportunity to taste varied platters to share with cheese or cold meats or tuna rillettes. A new professional challenge for Rémi Ortollo who is realizing his dream after working for eight years in a logistics company in Valencia. He can count on the professional experience of Éva Brodka who was previously head waiter in a Valentin restaurant. Interested in gastronomy professions, she has a real sense of hospitality.
