The Cotentin Dairy Masters cooperative will be one of the 7,500 exhibitors of Sial, the food fair, which will celebrate its 60th anniversary, of this Saturday October 19 to Wednesday October 23, 2024at the Paris-Nord-Villepinte exhibition center. 285,000 visitors from 200 countries (!) are expected.
On this occasion, the Cotentin Dairy Masters will discover and test their new rangenamed “La Laiterie de la Presqu’île Cotentin”, on their stand 7D030, hall 7.
The Normandy dairy cooperative is taking advantage of Sial to present its brand new range of own-brand dairy products, which should appeal to consumers looking for fresh, natural and localized, authentic products.
It is “a range resulting from a sustainable breeding that respects the environment and animals by producers passionate, and which contains all wealth of a land bathed by the sea spray. Result: a creamy texture and rich flavors, infused with the subtle nuances of a still wild terroir. »
“Enough to boost the ultra-fresh department! », launches the cooperative ahead of this show aimed at professionals.
European leader in fresh cheeses
“The Cotentin Dairy Masters is a cooperative group carrying out a turnover of 2.560 billion euros. It owns three entities, positioned on the entire dairy sector (production, processing and distribution)” and positions itself as “ European leader of the fresh cheese production for the out-of-home catering and the grande distribution. »
The cooperative has 980 producer members located on 622 farms in the Manche region. It collected 472 million liters of milk at the end of the 2023-2024 dairy year.
The other dairy cooperative most present in theCotentinIsigny-Ste-Mère, will exhibit at this Sial (stand 7E151) such as Savencia, Elle&Vire, Compagnie des Fromages & Richesmonts, Eurial (milk branch of Agrial), Gloria SA, Jersey Diary, Lactalis, etc.
