Monday August 26, 2024a fight in the town of Périers (Manche) ended with stabbings. Injured, a young person was taken to hospital.
Two young people arrested
Two young men 19 answho live in Saint-Lô, were arrested and presented to the Coutances court in immediate appearance on October 14, 2024.
They asked a deadline to prepare their defense, and will be judged next November 18.
A young person already prosecuted for attempted murder
One of the young people is being prosecuted for another case of attempted assassination to the instruction and was, in this context, placed under judicial supervision. The second has already been convicted three times for vols and drug cases.
Taking these situations into account, and to avoid any contact with the victims, the court decided to maintenance in detention while awaiting their judgment.
