Following the speech delivered by King Mohammed VI at the opening of the first session of the fourth legislative year of the eleventh legislature, the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) expressed its unwavering support for the royal orientations, while emphasizing the importance of vigilance in the face of adversaries of the territorial integrity of the Kingdom.
The PAM followed this speech with great attention, where the sovereign recalled that the question of the Moroccan Sahara remains Morocco’s strategic and existential priority. Indeed, the party welcomed the words of the King, who insisted on the need to remain alert despite the progress recorded on the diplomatic level. “Despite tangible progress on an international scale, vigilance remains required in the face of the maneuvers of our adversaries“, he added.
In a press release, the PAM expressed its pride in the orientations contained in the royal speech, reaffirming that the cause of the territorial unity of Morocco remains at the center of national concerns. “Whatever the internal or external transformations or challenges, the question of the Moroccan Sahara remains indifferent to variations in their intensity.», Specified the party.
The PAM also highlighted the scope of the royal directives which are addressed not only to Parliament and the government, but also to all constitutional institutions and civil society. The party called for the involvement of all citizens, “both inside and outside the Kingdom», to support this national cause.
The WFP also underlined the recognition expressed by King Mohammed VI towards friendly countries which support Morocco’s right to preserve its territorial integrity. The party welcomed the “clear and firm tone adopted by the King vis-à-vis the international community», which reflects the crucial importance of the Sahara question for the Kingdom.
Fully committing to this dynamic, the PAM reaffirmed its dedication to contributing to the improvement of parallel diplomacy mechanisms, particularly within the various political and social bodies in which it is present. “We must go beyond personal and partisan interests to better serve the national cause», insisted the party.
Finally, the WFP renewed its call to all of its members to remain mobilized and vigilant, affirming that “the defense of the first national cause requires relentless mobilization, whatever the positions or functions occupied“. The party called on its activists to use all available means to support efforts in favor of the Moroccan Sahara.
