The Pop Up children’s and youth dance festival will be held throughout the fall in Uzès, Alès, Aigues-Mortes, Bessèges and Pont du Gard.
Organized by the National Choreographic Development Center La Maison, based in Uzès, the event will start on October 19 and continue until December 7. On the program: shows and workshops to give young people a taste of contemporary dance.
The first date will be held on Saturday October 19 with a fun nature walk with the family, “Dance tout terrain”, with Laurent Pichaud. Meet at 2:30 p.m. at the entrance to Parc du Duché, in Uzès. Then let’s mention the workshop for children on Wednesday October 23 at 10 a.m. at the town hall of Uzès, run by the mediators from La Maison danse, or the show “Bounce”, by the Sons of Wind collective, tinged with hip hop , which will be offered on Thursday October 24 at 7 p.m. and Friday October 25 at 3 p.m. at the Halle des sports in Bessèges, then on Saturday October 26 at 7 p.m. at the Pitot auditorium, right bank of the Pont du Gard.
