The Moselle Business Union (UE57) is organizing a job dating event for new arrivals, including beneficiaries of international protection (BPI). The objective is to connect companies looking for employees and candidates looking for work. Attention will be paid to the integration of employees into the company (awareness of good practices, incentive for sponsorship, etc.).
This is the 4th edition since June 2023.

Film debate on the theme of secularism
Screening of a documentary on the theme of secularism (in connection with the Video Festival managed by the “Le Lierre” Center) to discuss the principles and values of secularism and its importance in the host society. This subject is often overlooked or misunderstood. Also, the objective is to promote mutual understanding of republican values.

“Becoming French”
A workshop will address 2 themes: “integrating” and “compiling your naturalization application file”. This involves promoting the linguistic and citizenship skills of applicants for French nationality, with the aim of compiling a complete and valid naturalization application file. During this workshop, professionals will be responsible for instilling, initiating, explaining and transmitting to learners all the information necessary to obtain a positive result.

Writing workshop
Learners in ASL language training will create portraits of female personalities, of foreign origin and naturalized French; with a remarkable life journey, who have contributed to the influence of France. Then they will present them to the whole group, this will allow them to express their creativity, share ideas and communicate with others.
In addition, a visit to the City’s communications department will be scheduled.

- morning: Presentation by the Maison du FLE of the training and/or services available to FLE audiences – Fun activities to encourage exchanges between trainees;
- afternoon design and creation of a giant poster on integration (drawings, words, etc.)

The city of Metz via its CCAS
Municipal social action center will organize, in conjunction with the Métropole de Metz and the Quattropole, an event dedicated to the rural exodus:
- 10:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m.: coffee reception for people
- 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: conference and round table then discussion with the room
- 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.: lunch
- 2:00 p.m.-3:45 p.m.: opening (four cities represented by a photographer who presents the integration perceived in each of the cities)
