”In order to preserve the sources and written heritage of the Second World War, people who wish to do so as well as organizations are invited to come and deposit their archives dating from the period of the Liberation” announces the department’s press release.

Photographs, postcards, handwritten letters, films or posters can be deposited in the Departmental Archives. After analysis, the archives can be returned to their contributor or the latter can donate them, if they wish. ”These objects are real treasures to continue telling history to future generations.”
