In Senego’s data analysis of land disputes and community conflicts in Senegal, certain regions stand out for the high volume of cases recorded. The Dakar region, for example, records the highest number of disputes with a total of 58 cases, dominated largely by land disputes between individuals which amount to 23. Thiès follows with 35 cases, marked in particular by a high proportion of subdivision problems which reach 11 cases. Sédhiou, for its part, presents a critical situation with 29 cases, 15 of which concern delimitation problems, indicating significant conflicts around the borders between villages or communes.
