The Nord and Pas-de-Calais should be spared the passage of Hurricane Kirk in the middle of the week. The closer it gets to Europe and France, the more it weakens. It was downgraded to category 1/5 (compared to 4/5 this weekend), indicates La Chaîne Météo. “It will continue its transition into an extra tropical storm but is expected to cross a large northern half of our country as a storm between Wednesday evening and Thursday afternoon. This situation therefore remains under surveillance,” say meteorologists.
If we follow the most likely trajectory of the hurricane, the gusts would affect the central-west and northeast of the country more. But for the moment, nothing is certain yet, its trajectory will become clearer in the coming days. In the meantime, here is the weather forecast for this week.
