After several months of work, the Zara store located at 88, rue de Rivoli, in Paris, has reopened its doors. In a space of 2,100 square meters, on three floors, the store highlights technological innovation serving the customer experience, according to the brand.

Since May 7, 2024, the Zara store on rue de Rivoli has been accessible to customers again. It closed its doors at the end of 2022 for a period of work supposed to end in the second quarter of 2023, but which was delayed. This new store is part of the Inditex group’s new strategy aimed at integrating several technological tools to offer customers an omnichannel experience, directly linked to the brand’s online platform.

  • An online purchase collection point with an automated storage area that can accommodate up to 700 orders;
  • Specific boxes for returns;
  • A return point for online orders;
  • A self-checkout area;
  • A recycling area for customer boxes.

The store includes women’s, men’s and children’s collections. It also has new “boutique” spaces for the brand’s most recent launches with a lingerie section for women, the men’s clothing collections with “Athleticz”, the Zara sportswear line, “Origins” as well as shoes and accessories.

Rue de Rivoli and its many shops

Rue de Rivoli is one of the most commercial streets in the capital. Over more than three kilometers, it has a strategic location crossing the heart of Paris. There are hundreds of boutiques, fashion, accessories, souvenirs and restaurants available to the public.
