Tuesday May 7, 2024, the Laval court (Mayenne) judged a 31-year-old man prosecuted for driving under drugs and without a driving license. Offenses committed on three occasions, between September 28 and November 6, 2023. He was also accused of having rebelled during his arrest by the police.

On September 28, 2023, the gendarmes checked a motorist driving his Renault Kangoo in a town west of Laval (Mayenne). The alcohol test turns out to be negative but the police notice the dilated pupils of the 31-year-old driver: he is positive for cocaine. He drives his former employer’s vehicle, while his license is still suspended.
