A collision between a motorcycle and a vehicle left one seriously injured Saturday evening in northwest Toronto. The driver of the motorcycle was rushed to hospital, where his situation remains critical.

According to Toronto police, the accident happened around 10 p.m. Saturday evening near the intersection of Wilson Avenue and Cornelius Drive, but police did not report the news until Sunday morning.

Police say the driver of the Toyota Camry was traveling northbound on Cornelius Avenue and hit the motorcycle traveling eastbound on Wilson Avenue when he attempted to turn left onto Avenue. .

The driver of the motorcycle, aged 39, was hospitalized with serious injuries, the nature of which has not been revealed.
